"I had an incredible stay inside this historical ship. I look forward to staying again. It was really amazing being able to walk around the ship alone. The only complaint is that it was very dusty in our room. They use old style “vacuum” and I wrote it in parentheses because those things never really pick up anything from the carpet. "Loved staying here at the Westin… beautiful hotel. Very comfortable rooms and was very convenient to visit the convention center and nearby restaurants. Staff were friendly & very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!"

"What a beautiful resort! I would love to have stayed longer. When we arrived, the man at front desk upgraded our room to one with a balcony and a great view of the water. There's a lovely pool and hot tub, along with a man-made sand beach with chairs around fire pits. The beef tacos at the restaurant were amazing. I like to exercise and there's a walking trail across the bridge to downtown Long Beach. The hotel also has a nice gym with room to move and nice equipment. We walked to the aquarium....

"After paying $500 for a single night, I wanted to stay to enjoy the pool on my day of check out. The front desk staff would only give my party of 2 one pool gate access key which required us escort each other too and from the pool in order for us to return up the elevator to access the pool. That's not acceptable. "
