Hotel murah di Long Beach

"Staff is hit or miss. I have had the kindest and most helpful, but I have also had the most ridiculously rude staff. Aside from that though, the pool is decent, they have outdoor seating for eating and they have the BEST food just across the street. They are a favorite for people cruising out of Long Beach. We will stay there again. I just wish they would get rid of the nasty staff : ("

"No shuttle to the Royal Caribbean Cruise ship! The only reason why we booked because the reviews stated free shuttle to the boat. No shuttle to the restaurants across the bridge to eat dinner. Breakfast was none existent because they were out of everything and expensive for the little they had. The hotel is nice and has potential to be great. My biggest complaint is the shuttle service. We booked because the hotel location is at the port! Why not have a shuttle to all boats??!!"

"We reserved two rooms. One had water all over the bathroom mirror and spots of black mold around the bathroom mirror and walls. I told the front desk and they moved me immediately. The other room had what appeared to be blood and feces between the mirror and sink and on the grab bar in the bathroom. The manager said he initiated a 20% refund through Expedia. I called Expedia and they told me they knew nothing about it and did not have a refund for me. I called the property, left a message over...

"The service and property were both super great. Clean, and stylish, home-ish feel. Staff was accommodating when I needed a later checkout and offered coffee in the morning. The only thing I'd say could use improvement is ensuring the vending machines could be used, as they were empty. However, the location is close to a grocery store, and other eating amenities. Overall, a good experience. Next time I visit on that side of town, I'm going there!"

"Perfect for just a room, but don’t expect any amenities such as ice machine, refrigerator, or microwave. The location is incorrect and in a dangerous zone of the city (9th and mesa) and there’s no designated parking space. Overall I had a decent experience but I wouldn’t come back unless I desperately need a cheap room. P.S., the motel is also inaccessible for people with disabilities so be wary of that."

"Everything about this place was great. I guess the only thing that didn’t work quite well was the limousine service (that would’ve been free) but the electrical vehicle was being charged as we had arrived a little late to the hotel (at 8pm). We also got a free breakfast, but it wasn’t quite communicated as to what kind of breakfast it was."

"Previously lived in Long Beach. This hotel exceeded my expectations: the property was spacious, although parking was a bit difficult near my room. Entrance was very open with friendly staff. The rooms were spacious, with clean lines, no carpets or excessive textiles, and a very modern bathroom. However, outside the property, the neighborhood is sketchy."
