"Good location. Clean room. Very noisy location across the street from city transit. Very thin walls and windows. You will have a hard time sleeping from trains and buses. Absolute basic amenities. Owner was gruff and only interested in making money. Hired staff was kind and welcoming. Prices were too high for what you get. Large corporate properties with a layer of plush very near by away from the noise. Go elsewhere."

"I had to leave early on Friday the 12th as I discovered mold underneath my air conditioner. I took pictures and have contacted corporate regarding a 1 night refund. It's not just about my experience but it is a major health hazard to have a hotel with toxic mold in the rooms. This hotel should have major renovations before bringing guests in. The front desk and maids were nice but they don't handle the actual condition of the building. The mold made me feel uncomfortable and weird."

"Facilities were nice We booked a 6 person suite for 2 nights asked to get room cleaning service - said they couldn’t do room service for a same day (night before request) as they only do maid service every three days . Which is fine but no one even offered or informed us when we checked in. Three towels in room for 6 ppl . Have to check towels out and BACK IN for pool . Breakfast was ok. If you book- home wood suites and Hampton inn are on same building. Homewood is better ."

"They don't say this upfront, but there are no elevators! They hide it in their listing under accessibility instead of telling customers outright. The process getting in was super easy, but our room was nothing like the listing. I reserved a king room with a small kitchenette, but when we got there it was a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit with no king bed. Tried to text the number they provided but didn't hear back. Also charging $40 a night for parking is insane. There is tons of free parking...
