Great stay! Perfect location, clean, smelled good, right next door to a breakfast place. I think you had to pay for parking on site but we didn’t need to. Very comfortable bed and helpful attendants. Grocery store right down the block. No microwave though!

It was an alright hotel, cheaper than most around Long Beach for 1 day. Parking isn’t free, have to buy a pass. Rooms could be cleaned better

They never cleaned the room, had to ask for towels, no microwave. I can't complain of staff, they were very nice. Honestly you get what you pay for. Not the best, but not the worst. The best part is they had 3 beds, great for family's.

So first thing that was a surprise is they charge parking for parking in their own parking lot but Expedia says free parking. Location is central to everything. Rooms were clean The only thing negative I can say is the water temp for shower in room 352 was barely over cold would call it cool not even warm. Hand sink had a bit warmer water but not much and it takes forever to get warm.

The room was excellent for the price, the balcony was a plus the bathroom was clean not any trash bags in the cans the parking was an extra cost . There was a grocery store in walking distance. The area was safe. Breakfast was not offered. There was a Breakfast restaurant in walking distance. Great hotel to visit.

Great place for a night and the price is reasonable especially for this season. It was our first time being away from home and I liked how comfy it was. Love that everything is walking distance as well. Aside from the noise disturbance of the people staying next door to us, our stay here was great! Will come back :)

My experience could have been much better if the hotel had handled my concerns with the professionalism and urgency they deserved. According to Expedia, the hotel staff refused to cooperate in resolving the issue. I also reached out to the property directly to report concerns about the cleanliness of the room, but my message was completely ignored. What was most disappointing was not just the cleanliness issue itself, but the lack of communication, accountability, and willingness to make things right. Guests deserve a clean and comfortable environment, but they also deserve to be heard and treated with respect when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, the hotel’s response fell far short of these expectations. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and recognizes that how a hotel handles complaints speaks volumes about its commitment to guest satisfaction.

Good location. Good value. Clean room easy check in friendly staff. It’s an older motel with an older tv, not very many outlets, very rough sheets. Definitely not luxury but clean and cheap for the night before a cruise
