"We stayed at the hotel for a week and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel had great amenities, the room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was generally very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, we did have one concerning experience on Wednesday, September 30th. After our room was serviced that day, we noticed that one personal item was missing. The item itself was insignificant in value, which honestly makes it even harder to understand why someone would take it. However, it was still our personal property, and having something disappear from our room after housekeeping serviced it was disappointing and concerning. I would also like to recognize the other housekeeper who cleaned our room on Sunday, September 27th, and Friday, October 2nd. She was terrific—our room was always very clean and well taken care of. Overall, we enjoyed our week-long stay, the amenities, and the comfort of the hotel. However, the incident involving our personal belongings is something management should take seriously, as guests should feel that their personal items are safe in their rooms."
