"This is an amazing hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Wonderful bedroom with a side view so you could see the sea. The breakfast was amazing, You can’t get better my second stay here. The hotel is close to the old town, restaurants and shops, Definitely be going back ."

"This hotel definitely isn’t a 4-star property — more like a 3-star at best and should really be reviewed. The rooms are very outdated, the bathrooms were disgusting, and parts of the wooden doors were coming apart. There were also hidden charges that weren’t clearly mentioned. I added breakfast to my reservation and was then told it was already included they wanted €25 per person per day and it was a great selection to choose from. On top of that, using the outdoor pool cost an extra €20 per day, which was never stated beforehand. During the heatwave, I would have loved to use it without unexpected extra fees. The “spa” was also very disappointing and nothing like the pictures. It was outdated and only had a jacuzzi and a small pool — I wouldn’t really call it a spa. There were no English TV channels apart from the news, no minibar in the room, and they also took a €200 deposit at check-in without properly explaining what it was for. The lifts were also out of use during our stay and there was no help offered with luggage, which made things even more inconvenient. The only positives were the great location and the friendly staff."
