"Staff is hit or miss. I have had the kindest and most helpful, but I have also had the most ridiculously rude staff. Aside from that though, the pool is decent, they have outdoor seating for eating and they have the BEST food just across the street. They are a favorite for people cruising out of Long Beach. We will stay there again. I just wish they would get rid of the nasty staff : ("

"I upgraded my reservation on Expedia from one bed to two a few days prior to arrival. The hotel did not show that information so gave me a room with only one bed. After I returned to the lobby, although they could not find the upgraded reservation, they did move me to a two bedroom room at no extra charge. I did have to pay an extra charge for parking although the Expedia reservation clearly showed parking included."

"Everything about this place was great. I guess the only thing that didn’t work quite well was the limousine service (that would’ve been free) but the electrical vehicle was being charged as we had arrived a little late to the hotel (at 8pm).
We also got a free breakfast, but it wasn’t quite communicated as to what kind of breakfast it was."
