"Room was very large, clean renovated bathroom. Carpets could be replaced. Staff was very friendly, great location."

"So let’s start off with the fact that we were displaced due to the Garden Grove Chemical spill. We thought that this would be temporary and chose to go on a mini vacay to Belmont shores. Although the photos on Expedia was slightly deceiving, we had a pleasant stay. My husband loved the place, I was thinking we should have splurged and gotten a King size room instead of the Queen, but this place was expensive and not knowing exactly how long we would be displaced, I did t want to “splurge” too...

"Unique stay, they kept the hallway lights on at night so it doesn't feel too creepy walking down the long hallways in the middle of the night. Old rooms but well kept."

"Everything about this place was great. I guess the only thing that didn’t work quite well was the limousine service (that would’ve been free) but the electrical vehicle was being charged as we had arrived a little late to the hotel (at 8pm). We also got a free breakfast, but it wasn’t quite communicated as to what kind of breakfast it was."

"The AC was so cold and the room was super cute and clean. Easy access and very walkable to nearby restaurants and beach. Next time I'm in LB I will be staying here!"

"Room was not pleasant at all we found someone’s dirty socks in between one of the chairs!! Room had a very eggy smell parking is 35 dollars a night even though there lot was always full staff wouldn’t answer calls when calling to the room was left on hold for 10mins then another 10mins just for them to not answer and hang up it’s a 200 deposit which is ludicrous the place is old and run down wasn’t a great experience for me and my family"

"This was a surprisingly pleasant stay - exceeded my expectations! My room was very quiet, clean, comfortable. I slept great. The location is very convenient to where I needed to be. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the price was a good value."

"I upgraded my reservation on Expedia from one bed to two a few days prior to arrival. The hotel did not show that information so gave me a room with only one bed. After I returned to the lobby, although they could not find the upgraded reservation, they did move me to a two bedroom room at no extra charge. I did have to pay an extra charge for parking although the Expedia reservation clearly showed parking included."

"View was great but even on 10th floor all the street noise (loud police/ambulance sirens throughout day/night and I obnoxious motorcycle revving- you may need ear plugs"
