"Beautiful location very quiet, beautiful view would stay again"

"Honestly we were disappointed. The bungalows are worn down and dirty - and we tried 3 different ones because we got dropped at the wrong one at first. Then the second one we stayed at one night and the third one for 4 nights (after coming back from another island). All three bungalows were dark, dirty and just tired to look at. Spots and stains everywhere on the curtains, on the sofa (we didnt sit in it once), nighttables, mould on the fan and even stains on the tissue-container. The beds were...

"This place exceeded our expectations, it’s at the top of a hill which is easily walkable so the view is exceptional! The host was so kind and helpful as well and being that we are from Canada we had a few questions! My daughters and I enjoyed ourselves so much, eating dinner on our patio while watching the cockatoos all around us. I highly recommend this place, you won’t regret it!"

"The main mirror was dirty and smudged. There was no shower gell and very little shampoo. Window blind inadequate to keep out light. No phone. Only one chair in the room. Hard to sleep due to noisy music emanating from the room next door. Reception closed when we departed at 09:30, when it was advertised they would be open from 08:00."

"This is a really nice hotel in a lovely location on Airlie beach. Rooms are spacious and clean, and views of the bay are lovely. Staff are very helpful. My only complaint is the level of noise at the hotel, the beach and pool area that overlooks the sea, play boom-boom pow music almost constantly and in our view, interferes with a relaxing vibe.
