A lady who I believe to be a manager approached s we were waiting to assisted and proceeded to greet the flight crew who came in after us, by passing us to check them in and never acknowledging the line of customers waiting to check in. The lady that checked us in was more concerned with her phone than assisting us. There was one young man who was very polite and helpful when I went down later to purchase some items. in short...

"They forgot to clean our room the second night we were there so we had dirty towels in our room all day garbage, and had to go to the desk to get stuff for the next day cause we were checking out. The front desk, staff apologize, but we were not compensated at all."

"The room was very clean and very big. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. Staff was very friendly at check-in. The location was very convenient right off the LIE. The area had restaurants, Starbucks, and a Walmart. There was an outdoor patio for grilling and a fire pit. The breakfast in the morning had a good selection -fruit, cereal, baked goods, yogurt and more."

"The room was clean but didn’t smell clean had a damp smell. The ac was super loud too. But worst was traffic noise, from the LIE at night. The gym was good, but no bottle water in the gym, the dispenser was empty. The breakfast was very good, lots of options."

"They have a small parking lot which is a lot better than no parking lot in NY, so parking was great. The staff was friendly. The breakfast that's included is great. It feels like not a lot of hotels include breakfast anymore so this was a huge plus. The common areas were nice and clean. The room was clean. The only thing I'd put in the suggestion box is; in the bathroom of our room where the toilet paper holder is screwed on it's a little bit too far. I had to give a good stretch while sitting...
