The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"Everything at the facility was fine. We mainly spent time on the casino floor. However, the cleanliness of the room was somewhat lacking. The bathroom didnt seem to have been cleaned properly as there were hairs in the sink and shower upon arrival. In addition we did not have a shower curtain the first day which was installed on day 2. "The property is huge and so are the apartments! My family of 6 had plenty of room. We had a small spot or two on bedding but other than that everything was great! My kids loved the water park, of course. I just wish we didn’t have to walk around for 5 minutes before finding at least 1 open chair for our things before we got into the water. I do recommend this property and we’d definitely return. "
