"Very comfortable stay conveniently located by the airport."

"Frig in room was not cold. Attempted to call front desk to ask how to adjust temp but phone did not work. Went online and there is no phone number listed for the hotel on the entire internet, only the 877 reservation number. While surfing online I find many people complaining about a $15 parking fee per night. Guess I’m headed downstairs to the front desk. After another guest and I are both complaining about this hidden charge, the front desk manager says, “why don’t I take care of that charge for both of you” I hate swarmy business stuff like that. He tells me the temp adjuster for the fridge is on the outside back of the unit. I found it, turned it up, it never got cold. "

"It’s a beautiful property where the rooms are kept very clean. The bar and restaurant are terrific. The bar was opened until 1am on the weekends. The big downside was all the stains on chairs and couches. It looks ewww and I didn’t want to sit on any of that. Quite gross. Otherwise everything was great "

"Room was clean enough. Lobby and hallways were filthy. Very shady bar area. No amenities available as advertised and the TV didn’t work. Lots of sketchy behavior. "

"Doorkey took 3-4 trips back to front desk to actually work. So very frustrating! No phone charging ports which in this day and age is unbelievable!! The worst and most disappointing thing were the rude people in the next room were so loud and obnoxious waking us up. Won’t be coming back. "
