"The room was almost spotless, one stray hair in the bathtub (not a great problem) and a very slightly stained pillowcase. An overly sweet and sickly smell in the reception area.
Otherwise I was more than satisfied with this hotel. Grandchildren had fun in the pool. Reception staff were kind and very helpful. Room was lovely, king bed very comfy, elegantly made up. Bathroom spacious and well appointed with (wait for it) an actual bathtub. Felt very spoilt especially after spending 5 x as...

"Staff was so friendly ans helpful. It was nice to talk with them at different times of the day- different staff.
Parking was easy. There is a daily fee. Plenty of spaces. Close to many restaurants and shops that's walkable as well.
The public areas had great seating- comfortable sofas as well as tables and chairs. All were clean. 24 hour tea, coffee and cocoa available in the downstairs area, as well as fruit infused water.
Rooms were spacious and clean, as were the toilets and shower grout!...
