"Place was as described. Only thing i would recommend is a little more attention to detail during turnover cleaning as we found nail clippings and foot splatter on the wall.
We loved the setting after our long days being able to be on the water, had manatees swim by us a couple times.
Still recommend and would stay again!"

"Really a fun experience floating on the marina in our private houseboat.
We were pleasantly surprised at how much storage room there was for our stuff, and the kitchen was pretty well stocked for making breakfast or lunch.
Daily visits from manatees and some other sea creatures (small sharks?) were very welcomed.
Location was central to all the various keys and attractions, including a beautiful beach just down the road."

"Nice island atmosphere laid back great and simple process and with tiki hut bar and taco trailer was great food and laid back. The rate is good for the area. There was some traffic noise at night but it was ok. Will stay there next time I am in the area."
