"Room wasn’t ready at 4:00 PM checkout time. We were tired from long drive and had to attend function at 6:00 and staff wasn’t ready to give alternate room. Had to wait.
Also, retained $20 for incidental but didn’t explain. "

"If I'm not mistaken when I made the reservations it said breakfast included.come to find out the next day all they hed was coffee.. the help that was there did nothing but stood around in the breakfast area. Both of them was a little bit sarcastic to my wife. For the price that you pay for the room I would have thought that they could have had something a little bit better than just coffee."
