We were promised daily house keeping but only received it once during 5 days. The communication from the host Roxanne was sub par. The flat was very hot and there was no fan or AC, we asked for a fan right after check in but despite several reminders Roxanne didn't reply or organise a fan during our 5 day stay. "Allen and the other staff were great! It is a 1880 Mansion with 8 guest rooms and impeccably restored/maintained filled with antiques, just very relaxing. I would highly recommend for its charm, location and staff. Satori Restaurant 5-10min walk down street is Amazing food and service (ask for Shantell). Highly recommend!"
