"This house has amazing views and the fishing either off the decks or downstairs is great. It is a beautiful house with spectacular views and right on the ocean.With that said, there are some things that really detracted from the property. The cookware looked like something they threw away at a garage sale it was pitiful. Burned pans, teflon pans with half the teflon scratched off, etc. If you set these at the curb, no one would pick them up. The stove downstairs was a cheap very basic white one with rust spots and foil in the bottom. The appliances overall were cheap and well under the quality you would expect for a property this price.The worst thing was the gas grill. It was a cheap piece junk that was so nasty it took me almost an hour to just get clean enough to cook on. I used a whole roll of paper towels and bought a grill brush at the hardware store. They need to throw this away and buy a half decent grill.The lights downstairs did not work so we had to use our own lights. There were no chairs downstairs either so we had to use our own. Another strange thing is the house is set up like two separate units. The upstairs is like one rental and the downstairs like another. There is no living room downstairs so if you want to watch Tv, you must go outside and up the stairs or lay in bed and watch. This house is in dire need of an inside stairway. The inside furniture was cheap junk as well.The owners need to spend some money on the inside to match the quality of the house."
