"I had a wonderful stay at Gretna Green Hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the local area. The breakfast was excellent, and the overall atmosphere was warm and relaxing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gretna Green and would happily stay here again."

I’ve stayed at Ibis hotels before and have always had good experiences, so I arrived with fairly high expectations. Unfortunately, the Ibis Carlisle did not meet those expectations at all. "Dianne went out of her way to be helpful at all steps of our stay. Great parking facilities, great shower, comfy bed. Everything needed was provided and well thought through. We were able to arrange to collect the keys early as we were due at a wedding and Dianne went out of her way to help us arrange a taxi booking to and from the venue nearby. Breakfast was varied and plentiful."

"I stayed for one night and appreciated having an affordable place close to the station, with plenty of shops nearby. I was also happy to find a kettle with coffee and tea, which made for a fresh and pleasant morning. The only downside was that there was no hand soap or shampoo provided, which would have made the stay more comfortable. Overall, I’m satisfied with what I received for the price and happy with my stay"
