The room was very small. There were almost no closet space, just one small cabinet with only two hangers. Not nearly enough for two adults on a winter trip to Svalbard. Since there were no closet space, the gear and clothes had to lay in the luggage and the window sill. Some basket furniture were occupying half of the free floor space, totally unuseful.
The room was overheated, not helped by the piping for the radiators running through the room, and there were no ventilation, in order to cool it down you had to open the windows. Which meant gear stored on the window sill fell out.
One electric socket was half way out the wall, and some of lightbulbs were not working.
The breakfast was rather simple, one kind of bread, scrambled eggs and not much else.
We payed premium. It was not.
On the positive side, both kinds of herring sauce was very good, and the staff was nice.
