"Everything started ok but when I went to get some Ice could not find any so called the desk and I had to go down a floor for the Ice no Ice on my floor. The room was nice but hard to get the temp steady it would get hot and air would come on at it was way to cold so at night I would get hot then cold need to fix there setup air on window and control on other wall. "Clean, nice breakfast"

"Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. "

"We only saw one staff member. He was at the front desk and very nice. Continental breakfast was a joke. Lousy coffee and a hostess Twinkie type pastry. For almost the same price or a few bucks more there’s much better quality in the area."

"Upon check in, we learned the pet fee was an additional $75. The beds were too soft. There was no microwave in the rooms so we had to go down to the lobby and use a common microwave. "This is my third and final stay at this hotel. Check in went smoothly. The problems started the next morning. The "free" breakfast they use to entice you was inadequate compared to previous visits. There were no tops or sleeves for the coffee. The food had 1/4 the options they normally have. For example, they had out all of the condiments for oatmeal but no oatmeal. The couch was stained and nasty while the chair had hair all over it.
