"Overall the resort was decent, but the staff were very young and not managed very well. The 'surprise' of Strawberries and Sparkling wine that I ordered in advance was not fulfilled properly, and frankly it was a pain to make it right. For breakfast, considering how quiet the restaurant was it took forever to get our bill and we had a tee time to get to, the golf course was amazing but somewhat misrepresented in terms of the quality of the greens, especially at the price paid. The final issue...

"Location is great. Rooms and service are just fine and do not justify the price tag. Sofa in our room had ripped leather. In room coffee was of horrible quality. Sofa bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable."

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sauber, die Betten bequem und ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. In ca. 30 Minuten Fußweg kann man an die Seepromenade laufen. Das Hotel hat keinen Pool."

"Bala is the bomb. Close to the Kee for a fun show night out. Includes the beer spa too and fro. The rooms are super basic - a comfy crash pad. The staff are all cool and the vibe is chill. Will be back."

"Very nice place I would stay there again. Parking can be a bit tricky later in the day. Overall, a very nice place to stay staff were very friendly. Continental breakfast is anything you get at any other hotel. The room was nice kept clean. We did not hear people in the hallway which I was a little bit worried about. It was very quiet. They have a nice patio. You can sit outside and look at the water. We did not try the on-site restaurant, but it did smell good and had quite a few people eating...

"The building is beautiful and new. The pool was great. With a small water fountain and a bubbler in the pool. The room was very nice and everything is new. But it has t been cleaned under the beds or under the other things in the room in awhile. So where that was a big negative. I would still stay there again."

"The parking lot is huge. It is well maintained. The check-in process was quick, staff were very friendly. Property was extremely clean. Great flowers all around the premises. There is seating arrangement in the back looking at the river. Awesome location and very affordable pricing."
