"To begin, the hotel was great…but lacked in these areas. Today’s guests are looking for well placed fitness areas. The gym was out of the way, dirty and had no towels. The lack of air conditioning on multiple floors and elevators was puzzling to us. A 5-star should not have these issues."
"We stayed 5 nights with my 8 year old son, the staff is extremely friendly and kind :) Pool was great, beach is near and shops around the corner. I will give 4/5, only air conditioning gives minus points."
