Though there is no front desk staff, they are very communicative via e-mail and were available to answer questions. The room was quite spacious and clean and the 5-star bed was perfect after a long days worth of walking and clocking in 20k steps each day.

"Air conditioning worked great. My dads shower only cold water the whole time. My shower was backing up grim coming up. Cleaning staff never refilled our water teas or coffee whole time we were there pretty much staying a week, did not do good job of cleaning, and would kick you out of your room to clean on their timeline. Left higher tips to see if that got better service on cleaning and it did not. The check in process was too clunky for my senior citizen dad to do so I had to do everything....
