The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. However, I did notice a significant drawback at the restaurant during breakfast. "Breakfast was ok not much variety! Rooms are not sound proof! 2 nights had big groups stay & there was too much noise can hear footsteps, music, conversations.Hotel location is not in a good area! No extractor fan so we had to open the bathroom door to let steam out. There is only 1 plug socket in a triple room/suite, no heating or air conditioning available! "

"Overall, the hotel was clean and comfortable, but there were a few inconveniences during our stay. The mini fridge in the room was not working, and the AC system was a bit complicated to operate. In addition, the shuttle service to the local train station had very limited hours and required advance reservations, which made transportation less convenient than expected. Despite these issues, the stay was still pleasant overall."
