"Leaving a 3 star because management should have responded a message i had sent 3 days prior to arrival. a NON-REFUNDABLE because pet, plus the pet fee extremely high. Higher than the price of the room
Automated message said that but i kept asking if it was correct or it was mispelled , if they could have responded on time would have cancelled and find somewhere else that the fee is less than the daily price.
Problem is the management; not employees and not the place"

"I made my reservation 2 weeks before my intended stay because I was going to be staying due to work scheduling. When I arrived at the hotel at 2:30am after my 12 hour shift at the animal ER I was informed that there was not a room available for me. The front desk worker was very kind and apologetic about the situation. I do not blame him for the poor management, it clearly wasn’t his fault. "Staff was friendly and helpful, right from check-in to check-out. Rooms were clean, pool was nice and clean as well. The included breakfast was great, with a variety of options for the family to enjoy. Overall I am very pleased with our stay here, and would recommend other travelers to give this place a look when in Waco."
