"It was a nice historic place that was different from the chain hotel experience. We sat out on the hotel balcony in the evening and shared beverages with other guests. The proprietor was friendly and took time with the guests. Nice location in town. Came with a sit down breakfast in the hotel restaurant."

"This is a very clean hotel. The staff was super friendly. The continental breakfast is exactly what you would expect everywhere. I like the fact they have cornhole boards but I really would have liked a hot tub too. But my husband and I will probably stay here again but ask for the first floor because there isn't an elevator."

"Clean room, great staff. We made a quick overnight stop. It was just what we needed for the evening. Breakfast was just OK. We were there on a weekday and we didn’t go down to breakfast until about 8 AM. If it wasn’t for the waffles, we probably would not have eaten. The hot items were barely lukewarm. Great coffee though. We would stay there again. It was a great deal for the price and the staff made it."

"The hotel was redone nicely, the beds were pretty comfortable and they had a bidet on the toilet. Our room felt humid even with the air on but that could have been from the weather. The tv was not receiving any stations due to a problem with their provider, we did find out that other businesses were having similar issues. Breakfast was good."
