"Room was clean and Brekafast was good value with lots of choice on offer. Air conditioning in both our rooms wasn’t working so the rooms were hot, we informed staff but they just said it’s not working and nothing can be done. "

"We were late for breakfast but could go for the late breakfast that was supposed to be viennoiseries and fruit. The viennoiseries were good, but the fruit were plain bananas and apples and there was no milk for the coffee, only creamer. That was quite disappointing."

"This is a fantastic new property a few minutes walk from the centre of town. The staff were always friendly and the room was spacious with handy cooking facilities.. so great for a slightly longer stay. I also had an outside terrace area. It was also quiet at night, so great for a good night's sleep. "

"We stayed one night in Chartres and the hotel met our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was central with an easy walk to the Cathedral and the historic center. Hotel parking was available for an extra reasonable fee."
