"Breakfast and the dining room staff were excellent. Young staff at the front desk were helpful though some of the older gentleman were a little stuffy. ALOT of construction in the area making walking a little difficult but still doable."

"It wasn't breakfast included. For the amount paid, the expectation would be to have breakfast included. Food expensive, but decent taste. It was not clear from the description for an English speaking traveler that this is a camping spot. The towels were smelly. There was a wet towel already inside the bathroom on the shower flower. No space to leave that towel. The person at the reception wasn't really welcoming. We stayed at other hotels where customer service was so pleasant, cared, small things matter. I get that Italian is the first language. But most tourists are English speaking. So having details and communication in English would show that you cared. "

"The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The common areas and the room were very clean. It's a great place to stay if you don't want to be in the hustle and bustle of the historic center...you get more of a "local feel." That worked well for us, but it may not be for everyone. We would stay here again."

"My husband and I stayed at Relais Vignale & Spa in Chianti and absolutely loved our experience. The hotel is very romantic, with breathtaking views that made our stay feel extra special. The town itself is peaceful and quiet, which was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hotel has its own restaurant, which was very convenient and enjoyable, but there are also many great dining options within the town to explore. One of our favorite parts was the pool, the view overlooking the rolling hills and wineries was absolutely beautiful. We would definitely recommend Relais Vignale & Spa to anyone looking for a charming and relaxing stay in Chianti."
