Nice Hotel

Really comfortable hotel. Very nice staff. Breakfast is really good compared to the Residence Inn in Mountain View/Los Altos. Most rooms i think are updated now.

Everything was great at the property, from staff to breakfast. Ny kudos to the lady that was diubg breakfast by her self making sure wveryone was feed. She was very attentive abd nade sure nothing was enpty for guest to get . My only complaint was not having enough towels at the swinming area took about 45 min to hour to get some towels.

Nice property. Easy parking. BBQ grills, large fire pit, large pool, sport court and laundry machines available for guest use. Breakfast included. Kitchenettes and comfortable sofa sleepers. First time at a Residence Inn. Would choose again.

Great place, AC was weird

Hotel is very nice! Rooms are spacious, full kitchen, clean and fresh. I would stay here again. The AC was weird where it wouldnt turn off properly. You click off and then 15 mins later it would turn back on on the default cold setting. I aomehow got it to stay off at night but at mornings at 8.30 am it would start pushing cold air

This property is nice, has a great location, and is quiet. Check-in was excellent. However, it seems to be understaffed. We tried to get some towels, but received no answer, so we had to ask for them in person at the front desk. Additionally, housekeeping room cleaning was minimal; they missed one day, even though we had requested it, and the carpets were dirty.
