"All the amenities were shut down their kids soak water. Park was not operating. Their pool was dirty. Their rooms were dirty and under construction. Our TV did not work overall a terrible experience. They said they had transportation to Disney they did not. All in all, it seemed like a lie."

"The staff was so mean and not helpful I forgot her name She did not allow me to check in even my name was in the reservation The 1800 is outside the US people doesn’t speak English they give me the runaround for 40 minutes Parking is really expensive $40 per night"
