The experience was wonderful. Clean lobby and room. The whole staff was very friendly and welcoming. They greeted us by name and were always willing to help with whatever we needed. I would recommend the Extended Stay to anyone. Five plus stars in my opinion

Do not stay at the hotel. Nothing works. People loud and the staff won’t help you out. I had to check out early and sleep in my car that was quiet than in the room.

Didn’t have my room ready, check in said 3 hit there at 4 and had to wait a half hour for my room to be ready. Other people were having the same problem as well. Room was alright, some things in the bathroom were falling off the wall. Was late to a concert I had planned that night.

The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff at check-in was very nice. However the second floor where we stayed the hallway had torn foil paper all over the carpet which nobody seemed to pick up in front of one of the rooms near ours. There is some kind of horrible banging from one of the rooms I tried calling down to the desk but nobody answered. The banging went on all night. When we left her room the next morning the foil wrappers were still all over the floor in the hallway. There must have been some incident there as when we left there were police cars out in front.

The room smelled awful, the walls and ceiling were paper thin, trash all over the outside of the hotel. People coming and going all hours of the night slamming doors. The room above me someone decided to pace their creaking floor every night for about 3-4 hours. Terrible experience, worse stay ever. Left a day early it was so bad.

It's okay for the price. It's an upgraded Motel 6. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It's in a good location to the freeway that's always a plus for me. The smell from the resturaunt next store is amazing.

I went to check into my room around 1 in the morning, and the staff member was giving me a hard time and said I’d have to book it again and pay. Upon hearing that I called Expedia and got it worked out and got my hotel room. I went to my room and it was below standards and the bathroom was super dirty there was dirty on my counter and it was really unattractive. I cancelled my room and slept in my car. 0/10

Yombo is a great person and manager! I’m currently renovating my home, and my stay ended up being much longer than I originally expected. Now that my stay is coming to an end, I can honestly say that I will definitely come back and stay here again whenever I need to. This place is much more family-friendly and has improved so much compared to two years ago. Everything feels cleaner, more organized, and welcoming. Congratulations to Yombo and the entire staff for the great work! Paloma and Jason are wonderful people, and the housekeeping staff and housekeepers are also incredibly polite, kind, and welcoming. Thank you all for making my extended stay such a pleasant experience. I will definitely be back!
