I stayed at this hotel 40 years ago…it hasn’t changed a bit. But that’s the charm…kind of a throw back with great views of the falls, a decedent breakfast and nice nature trail.

A place with beautiful natural scenery that invites you to relax. The hotel itself shows signs of wear and tear and lack of maintenance. Beds with uncomfy mattresses, no refrigerator, no bottled water in the room, no electric kettle; very tiny bathroom with old, worn-out towels. There is no internet signal, or it is impossible to connect. The restaurant stands out for its quality.

It was a good stay price-value. They own a private island including a large park providing great views of the falls with many animals to see. Their welcome gate service is good and safe, as well as the service for the breakfast. The breakfast was great and the lady breakfast attendant was impeccable. The rooms are good, if a bit outdated, and the hotel is in need of love maintenance-wise. The only real dissapointment was the cleanliness of the room where we found traces of previous guests in both our rooms. This was shared at check out. They have a great product in their hands, but should give it the love it deserves.

Horrible

To say this hotel is a disappointment would be an understatement. Room was dirty. Heat not working and even when the management promised to fix it they didn’t. I had to sleep in two layers of clothes and take the blanket from the other bed. Furniture is rickety and worn out. Restaurant was terrible and the only option as you are trapped in their compound. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Este es un hotel ubicado en un lugar muy lindo con vista extraordinaria, pero….. tiene una necesidad urgente de mantenimiento y modernización en sus instalaciones como una mayor preocupación por los jardines y caminos. Me da la impresión que los propietarios están descuidando esta maravilla

Agradable estadía al lado de los Saltos del Laja

Buen hotel, habitacion espaciosa con baño privado grande. La calefacción podria mejorar. Cuenta con estacionamiento y restorán. Buen desayuno Excelente atención desde la llegada hasta la salida Hermosa vista a los saltos que estan muy cerca.

Entorno maravilloso!!! Sólo hacer una crítica constructiva , deberían mejorar las habitaciones , se ve que son viejas , ya que la chapas estaban en mal estado, los baños son feos , el piso es resbaloso, la calefacción no tenía buenas las llaves. Las camas son acogedoras y blanditas.
