Hotel Red Roof Inn di Los Angeles

"My first two places I used Expedia to book the first one was okay, the second was absolutely hideous. Same with the 3rd and 4th time. The Red Roof Inn was all the things! The staff was amazing! The room very clean and recently updated. The price was at the top of my budget but for that service this will be my knew place to stay anytime I have to go to the Longbeach V.A. "Got to the hotel and was informed my stay had been “cancelled” despite not cancelling nor being notified at all. Was told that there were no rooms left and somehow my stay got cancelled. Seeing as it was the weekend of warped tour and most hotels in the area were booked full, I believe they double booked and gave my room away. Staff was incredibly rude and didn’t want to give me any kind of documentation about the stay being cancelled by the hotel. Absolutely would never book with them again and...
