We had a great overall stay. Our initial room was on a lower floor overlooking the trash area, but the staff handled the situation seamlessly and promptly moved us to a much more suitable room for the remainder of our week-long stay, which we really appreciated. Service throughout was consistently warm and attentive. Everyone was approachable, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Room service was efficient, though the food itself was fairly standard. The upstairs restaurant, however, was a pleasant surprise well-executed and accommodating. The rooms were beautifully decorated, with especially plush and comfortable bedding that made a noticeable difference. One small improvement would be the addition of a kettle in the room for easy tea access in the evenings. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with thoughtful service and inviting spaces.

Beautifully decorated hotel and lovely rooftop pool area. Sadly we weren’t able to enjoy it whatsoever due to it being closed for rain the entire time we were there. Disappointing that the hotel did not eventually open the rooftop bar area even though it’s covered. We felt like we lost out on the main amenity that the resort fees were charged for.

The room was extremely clean every day, and the staff were really nice. The only downside was that the cleaning lady knocked on our door and tried to come in around 9 a.m., even though our checkout time was 12 p.m.
