The overall experience was just fine. There was a guest(s)that was extremely loud at some point of the night around 3am. I was close to getting up to complain to the staff then it subsided.

The Property need renovation. On the website include free breakfast but NO BREAKFAST we were told during check in that they stop doing it 2 months ago. The first room that we were in aircondition was not working so we have to asked to be transfered. The second room was on the bottom towards the back of the property but the gate to get in the property was broken so safety was a questionable. There was no coffee maker in the room also.

I left five minutes after being there. We traveled from LA area to West Covina we got there late. I went to put our drinks in the refrigerator right when we walked in the door when I opened up the refrigerator I found a dead cockroach at the same time, my son is using the restroom Find another one, but that one was alive. We left right in there and I’ve been struggling to get my money back since terrible terrible stay do not recommend it at all.

Upon arrival, the lobby is lovely. The gentleman checking us in had no personality, was not welcoming in anyway. When I asked him if anybody ever answers the phones, he says yes normally however last week they had a power outage and their phones are down. We got to the room and we noticed several things. The most important is that the part of the lock that’s on the door was visibly removed from the door. Other things like there were no horizontal posts for the toilet paper in the bathrooms, the lighting was not great, and the AC wasn’t working so we told them about both at the front desk. The manager says OK he’ll call maintenance with two other people sitting there. We come back neither are fixed. Back down to the front desk, he doesn’t seem phased in any way that we’re having these issues. We have now changed our rooms. Upon entering the room, we find that one of the two lights in the space does not work, upon entering the bedroom the bed was so large that it left you about a foot worth of space between the edge of the bed and the wall, the bed was lumpy and awful, and probably the worst night sleep that either of my partner or I have had. The pool itself is great. The water is clean, except for the couple pieces of trash, the temperature was perfect. However, the pool deck left a lot to be desired, broken pieces of furniture, nothing in place, trash on the ground as well as the hot tub was cold. It also says breakfast for two and they do not offer breakfast.

This place has gotten worse as time passes the elevators don’t work, the air conditioning STILL doesn’t work and they don’t even have fans on hand anymore to help ease the uncomfortably hot rooms.

The hotel itself is really run down and neglected. You walk in and all the landscaping is dry and unkept. Inside smells musty. The room we got was really dusty. The toilet seat was wobbly. I asked for toiletries and was told they had no shampoo or conditioner. When I asked for bedding for the pull out bed I was told they had no staff to bring it to the room, it was already late at night. When I went to get it I was told they only had sheets and no blankets. I was about to put the bedding on the pull out bed and noticed it was really dirty so we didn’t use it. The pool area is run down. The outdoor furniture falling apart. The spa water was a nasty color and the knob to turn it on was broken with the wires exposed. The trash cans were overflowing. Not a good sight or smell to have outside our room. On my Expedia reservation it said breakfast was to be included. When we went to the lobby to ask about breakfast we were informed they do not provide breakfast anymore and that it was an Expedia issue. An Expedia rep tried speaking to the workers at the hotel about getting a refund but they said their policies were strict on no refunds. They should be strict about the maintenance and having a quality hotel instead.
