This was unfortunately one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We rented two rooms for ourselves and our family members, and from the moment we arrived, it was clear the property was not being properly maintained. The cleanliness was a major issue, our rooms did not feel sanitary.
It also did not feel like a safe or appropriate environment for families with children. There was a strong marijuana smell throughout the property, in the hallways, elevator, and even outside, which made the atmosphere very uncomfortable. Our floor also had a persistent odor that smelled like rotten food or trash, as if something had been left unattended for far too long.
To make matters worse, basic necessities were lacking, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom when we arrived, which is simply unacceptable for any hotel stay.
On top of that, the service was disappointing. Staff were either unavailable or unhelpful when we raised concerns, which only added to the frustration. It felt like guest comfort and basic upkeep were not a priority here.
We ended up leaving after only about an hour because we simply couldn’t feel comfortable staying, and booked another place instead. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made in both cleanliness and customer service.
