"Honestly cannot praise Paraiso Private Residences enough. Luxury condos close to everything with private security, 24/7 access to parking and private elevator. Friendly staff and security who actually do their jobs. Condo was fully supplied with everything we needed even gear to go to the beach, washer and dryer and the grocery store is literally right beneath you in the mall, so anything else you might need is a short elevator ride and walk away. "It was good! The wall paper was coming off and it smelled like moisture but it was because they had a tropical storm. The parking is good and it’s safe because you can leave it there if you want to walk to the beach which is like 5 minutes walking. The thing I didn’t like is that the bed sheets had a lot of hairs and they smelled like armpits not sure if they wash them frequently well only on one bed the other one was fine.
