"The airport shuttle was easy to find! Room was very clean! Staff were very nice friendly and helpful! Love the food and the restaurants! "

"Wifi was spotty and not reliable. Went to 3 different restaurants at 7:00pm and was told they were full for the night, had people waiting for tables. Some info at checkin about the process would have helped. First time at this property but wegave stayed next door at the adults only Location and it was much better service and wifi."

"It was a beautiful hotel, good size rooms and very clean, too small gym, not many options for fitness, the spa is good. Entrance experience (lobby) not to good, and comments from some staff members are not welcoming. Restaurants good but service is slow. Some empty spaces and not willing to open service for those areas. Pool areas are nice and good service. Many lifeguards around. And the concierge experience is very personal and are very helpful if need something for your stay or restaurant...

"Sandos Finesterra is a lovely resort in a beautiful setting. The staff works very hard to see the property is well kept. The rooms are a little outdated and the AC wasn’t keeping the room cool, even in March. Additionally the shower didn’t drain so basic amenities were lacking."

"While there were several highlights during our stay, the experience was overshadowed by a lack of dining inclusivity and a very troubling interaction regarding a timeshare presentation. The Highlights: The poolside wood-fired pizza was amazing—a huge shout-out to Jose Luis for his incredible work. The entertainment staff was also fantastic and kept things engaging; Daniella, Victor, and Alexandra did a great job keeping the energy up by the pool. We also want to recognize the excellent service...

"Rooms are outdated and sheets needs to be replaced. The room has a bad mildew smell and the sheets smelled like they needed to be replaced 20 years ago. However the staff was super nice, attentive and excellent service. Pools is nice and the beach view was amazing."
