"Overall had a great experience here. Rooms are very clean, friendly staff. They also have two adjacent hotels from the same franchise that you can access which I found pretty cool (they are next to each other, you can freely walk between them). The only downside was extremely slow room service, it would take over an hour to deliver premade meals or two days to get a battery for the safe (and yes, you do need to call to remind them). All in all I would recommend, and given a chance, would visit...

"I love this hotel and the options of the restaurants for the all-inclusive is amazing. The food is very good. I love the room that I have which was to queen beds with partial Ocean View with a tub in the balcony. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is being charged for all inclusive for my 6-year-old grandson. Most hotels in the states will not charge you for a 6-year-old and that would be my only complaint and suggestion that the hotel change the policy."

"We travel to Cabo all the time, and normally stay at the Marquis. Last time we were at the Marquis, we met a couple that told us to try Secrets. Honestly we love both resorts, Secrets has a swim up bar which is huge. The food was good at both places. I did have one incident here, where our table reservations had been given away, and I’m typically not a Karen about these things, but after a day of drinking I let them know my displeasure. "Stay started off poorly- were not informed that the main pool and adult pool were green! Closed for first part of stay and nothing communicated by hotel. When they were cleaned it improved! Asian restaurant was amazing. Staff very kind, Pedro was fantastic! Paint coming off the buffet area. Room was nice. Overall a decent stay but pools were a disaster for sure."

We celebrated our anniversary as well as being newly engaged and the hotel staff made sure to make it memorable. We were offered a concierge, Karina, and she was fantastic. "The resort was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and exceeded our expectations. We traveled as a family with ages ranging from 13, 17,18,22,23 and 25 everyone had an amazing time.
