Brand new hotel so everything is new & clean. Beautiful modern design. Staff were very helpful especially Jaime, German, Humberto and Adriana. Rooftop pool was amazing but water was a bit too warm. We did try to eat at the rooftop restaurant on Wednesday night and it was closed. Too bad the surrounding empty lot did nor offer a nice view plus no balcony. Overall very good hotel!

We loved our stay at Kadun! The staff was super friendly and welcoming! Really clean rooms and a very convenient location (easy walk to both the beach and the harbor). The rooftop pool was incredible as well! Overall, it was a great value and a really nice alternative to the bigger resort style places.

Staff was generally friendly. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was good but overpriced. The rooftop was gorgeous and the pool is amazing. The room itself is ok…there is no sound proofing so you hear everything in other rooms and outside which was not great. The room is nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Great location.

The Kadun Boutique Hotel was exactly as its name suggests. The staff was very attentive, and the rooms were spotless. It is located in a great location and close to everything. For Seafood, you must try Mariscos La Palmita, for Great tacos try Tacos El Zarape, and for Breakfast try Sazon Jarocho...you will thank us !

newly renovated with amazing rooms. Super clean... nice beds..bedding ..furniture... free water dispenser on every floor. Very modern rooms with great rain shower. Staff were there for anything you needed and very friendly and helpful. Hotel is easy walk to all main attractions of Cabo town...minutes to Marina area. Only small thing overlooked was they provided a coffee maker but no cups. Forgot to mention it as I think it would have been looked after quickly if I had.

We had an amazing stay at Kadun Hotel Boutique in Cabo San Lucas — truly a 10/10 experience! From the moment we arrived, the service stood out. A special thank you to the bellboys, Evan and Jaime, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They answered all our questions about the area and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. Shout out to all the staff as well for their hospitality and assistance. The hotel itself is in a perfect location, within walking distance to everything in the city, which made exploring very easy and enjoyable. Since the hotel only opened in December 2025, everything felt brand new and exceptionally clean — from the lobby to the rooms. Our room was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. You can tell the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property. We opted for the breakfast-only package, and it was exactly what we needed to start each day. The restaurant staff and lobby team were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop — the pool and the view of the city were absolutely amazing. It was the perfect place to relax and take it all in. We traveled as a couple and really appreciated the calm and relaxing environment. Compared to large all-inclusive resorts, this boutique hotel offers a much more peaceful and personal atmosphere. New place and well located, BUT, A BIG BUT.... Most of the staff are clumsy, inefficient and never available to help provide a pleasant stay to the guests. During check-in, the reception lady told us we were entitled to a late check-out as an Expedia VIP privilege; before checkout I called the reception to let them know the time of our departure, the reception lady (named Montserrat) denied us the benefit without a reason -since the hotel was empty and the season very low- Then I asked her to put me through to the management to ask there for my VIP benefit, but she didn't saying there's no manager on duty on weekends (which of course must be a lie). Traveling very often to Expedia VIP hotels around the world, this was a bad surprise because the benefits of the program are honored almost everywhere BUT NOT HERE. Furthermore, we had many issues during our 9-day stay because of the incompetence of the staff, like: they knocked on our door early almost every morning waking us up pretending to make the room (8:00 AM); we asked the staff to make it after 10:00 AM, instead one day they didn't make it at all. At the swimming pool the same thing, the staff is almost never around, should the guests want anything (towels, drinks, opening an umbrella, etc.) No one there. At the bars, there's no wine opener in the premises, so if you like wine go someplace else. As in everything, there are exceptions: like Jaime, a bell man who was always kind and helpful. In short: STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Pool area is beautiful and day beds comfortable. Because the hotel is new, I had the whole place to myself. Rooms are large with two sinks, separate toilet and shower areas, sitting area and desk area. I found it very quiet at night but ear plugs provided in room suggest there are times it is noisy (I stayed a Monday and Tuesday night). The staff are so pleasant and helpful. They were all very friendly. The check in time is 3 pm and check out is 11, so would ask that Expedia update their information which states 4 and 10 respectively. I ate all 3 meals at the hotel to try it out and to support them as the hotel was very quiet. I had the tuna tartare both nights and it was much better night one. It was still good but I think the hotel given it is new is still trying to get consistency. My margarita prices differed every time I ordered one (always the same order). Lots of eating options from a Starbucks associated coffee place, to a rooftop, pool adjacent spot to a really nice dining room on main level with indoor and outdoor spaces give you lots of good choices if you don’t want to venture far. Free valet parking is a nice touch.When I checked out they charged me for in room coffee. I have never heard of this in any other hotel and it did dampen my enthusiasm for Kadun. The whole experience was amazing but nickel and dining me for coffee that is in a sachel that really doesn’t even taste tha great was unfortunate.

This is a mixed review because there were things we genuinely liked about this hotel. The property is beautiful-very modern with a relaxed boho vibe & the location is great, close to beaches, the marina, and grocery stores. The staff were friendly and tried to be accommodating during our stay. Unfortunately, we experienced several issues and had to change rooms 3 times. The first room had a sliding door that wouldn’t close properly, so we were moved right away. The second room was on the second level facing the main street and the noise was extremely loud starting around 6am, garbage trucks, construction, traffic, and street noise. The windows seem to have very little sound insulation because the noise sounded almost the same whether the window was open or closed. Since this was supposed to be a relaxing trip, we asked to move again. We accepted a downgrade to a room without a kitchen just to get away from the street. Unfortunately that room had a connecting door with almost no soundproofing, and we could clearly hear the guests next door talking, brushing their teeth, using the bathroom, and watching TV. At that point we asked for a refund and considered leaving, but the staff tried to help and offered a room on a new floor that was quieter. However there was no Wi-Fi and we also had AC issues. Overall the hotel is beautiful and the staff were kind, but the noise, room changes, lack of Wi-Fi, and AC problems made the stay disappointing. No compensation was offered.
