"The resort was nice, but not beautiful. The staff was Amazing! All exclusive food and drinks, but the quality was just okay. Not all restaurants were open daily and get booked up forcing one only option , which is the buffet. Would I stay here again?...Mayb not."

"Cannot complain about our room, it was wonderful. I do have some complaints and I have made a note to not stay at any Riu Properties. First complain, we could not enjoy the restaurants. They offer no reservations and the wait time is HOURS. it's a 3 hour window for a hotel that is at full capacity. ..."
