Elite club status is a must for this resort. We found out it was not an option for us once we were at resort because we booked through Expedia. Which meant no special arrangements for celebrations that we came to celebrate and no ocean view rooms. We have stayed at othe riu's in past and booked though ...

Pueblo Bonito Rose Resort and Spa - All Inclusive
The room was very run down, cracks in walls, dirty ( needed paint) and some lights didn't work. Just overall outdated and run down. The couch was dirty as well
