The pool water was very dirty with a lot of “white floaters” throughout the water. Perhaps they have to shut down and drain it or shock it. The gym equipment really needs to be wiped down a couple times a day. We were in the gym early and the cardio equipment was very dirty with dried sweat. The ...

Rooms were clean. Food in buffet a steak house were good. 2 desserts in Mexican restaurant had a piece of glass in it. Specially restaurants closed too many nights

Our room was upgraded for free, it had the most beautiful view. The food options were great and flavorful. The property is big where even though it’s family friendly it did feel like an adult only with the adult pool access. Overall, I loved it and will be back!
