"The hotel is huge and the pools are amazing ! We found TWO huge roaches in our room in the middle of the night. The hotels solution was to come spray the room however we had a 4 month old and weren't comfortable with that."

"We paid extra through Expedia for ocean view when we arrived they made up pay an additional $300. The restaurant is also not all inclusive only the buffet. No one would answer for room service we or if we needed extra towels staff all seemed in a bad mood. Do not recommend."
