The ocean view is absolutely killer, nothing better than spending the whole trip listening to the sound of the ocean. Breakfast was amazing, also the best cup of coffee I’ve had the whole trip. "The resort was spectacular. The pools were fun. The grounds were beautiful. The restaurant was just okay. We had a better selection and dramatically lower prices in town. We only had hot water one of the three days we were there. The private beach was very nice."

"I love this house is my favorite in san juan del sur. The view is stunning. The house is super clean, comfortable, cleaned and spacious. The kitchen area outside in the second floor terrace is to die for with an infinity pool right next to it and beach louge chairs and the most amaxing view of the san juan del sur bay. The staff is super courteous, friendly and professional. I will totally recommend this house to angone staying in san juan del sur Nicaragua while they vacation here. 🙏👌"

"First of all, the pics shown for this property are outdated as this house is no longer yellow, it's now white.
We were told that the check in was at 2pm; however, the house was not ready until 4pm, then the pics that shows multiple bunkbeds is also incorrect as there were only two mattresses directly on the floor.
