"The hotel and the room was perfect. I gave low scores because we had an incident with house keeping taking a new H&M bag. Paper shopping bag had two new tops folded in it with receipts. This was set beside my luggage a few feet away from the garbage. We returned to our room to discover the bed were made up and the bag missing.
