The plunge pool on the upper terrace was a disappointment as it is worn and tried looking and there were no loungers poolside. We had stayed previously in hotels with plunge pools and terraces that we used regularly. Not this one. Other wise beautiful hotel in a great location."

"Hôtel magnifique, comme un palace, nous ne sommes pas habitué.
J'étais comme une enfant, mais de courte durée.. Nous avons eu un problème de chambre et l'une des dame à l'accueil n'a pas compris, elle a été désagréable au lieu de chercher à comprendre ma plainte (avons eu une chambre en travaux, pas de lavabo.. Je ne comprends pas comment ça a pu se produire ?), heureusement le lendemain je suis tombée sur un monsieur adorable qui nous a surclassé.

"My stay at the NH Collection Sevilla was excellent. The hotel is spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was wonderful — always kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience even better.
Although the location may not seem ideal at first glance, it’s actually quite convenient. It’s well connected by tram and taxis, and even walking you can reach many of the main areas without much effort. If you enjoy exploring the city on foot, it’s a great base.
