"Property could do with some improvements, very weathered, nice view points, nice quiet front, short walk to bars and shops. Maid was lovely, receptionist not so much, no warm welcome, just here’s your room key take the lift, next please…. Restaurant .. wow, shocking… what I can say, no organisation, kids running up and down as staff move food round 30 prior to service closing, stayed 4 nights only went for breakfast twice, same each time, no glasses, no seats, no coffee cups, not a lot of...

"We loved these apartments, love the attention to detail, comfort and eco friendly policies and care. We have been coming to Lanzarote a few years and usually stay in a nearby complex. We had to extend our two week trip for medical reasons and there was no availability where we were already staying. "Ocean and Pool view as advertised. From 4th floor also beautiful view our back of hotel as you enter or leave your room. Breakfast menu good. Nightly entertainment was fun. Room clean and maid came in every day."

"Nice modern hotel although a couple of flaws in bathroom paint missing from door and badly marked toilet seat otherwise room was nice and kept very clean staff very friendly and helpful pool area nice with plenty of sunbeds The downside was the food not much variation pork on menu every day and salads in a weird dressing I felt the food was not really tailored to English people . Lacking in fresh vegetables and beef lamb and chicken . If the food was improved this could be a great hotel"

"Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Each night was a good night's sleep. We were in a room with the sea view although the garden view would also be very pleasant. We would recommend going half board, the buffet dinners were delicious and well cooked. Quality of food and ingredients were excellent and included local fruits and other produce which we liked. Staff were always polite and ready on hand with useful information of what to do and see around the island. We played pickle...

"The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The weather wasn’t ideal for swimming but the pool appeared well-maintained. There are some pets on the property. I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password but I didn’t need it anyway."
