"Die Villa hatte einige Mängel, die allerdings auf Anfrage innerhalb kürzester Zeit behoben worden sind. Insgesamt ist es halt kein Neubau. Doch das Team ist mehr als perfekt! Alle extrem nett, helfen sofort, kümmern sich, egal worum es geht. Auch wenn man nach Restaurant Tipps bei Ausflügen gefragt hat oder einfach nur etwas über die Insel erfahren wollte. "Hotel was nice , in nice area Sofa bed could do with updating it was like sleeping on the floor Communication between the hotel and hotels.com needs to be improved. I purchased a pay on arrival, but I was emailed while at the airport asking for payment , to be told my accommodation will be cancelled if not paid with in 2 hours, this is not good customer service. "The room was spotless, The reception staff couldn’t have been any more helpful they are very professional. There was an issue with the restaurant as I went into the buffet I confirmed prior to the gentleman that I’m self catering I will be paying cash. He was also professional as I was finishing up I paid and ask could I get a paper/plastic cup as I had a glass, He said it’s fine go ahead with the glass so on the way back to my room I was physically grabbed a member of staff from the bar...

"The hotel is a great location; great for people watching and being close to local restaurants and the Music Square. The rooms are clean and comfortable although I would like a light blanket as the duvet is too much and the sheet not enough for the time of year. The aircon was on then off, then on in the night! The breakfast is limited - not great if you don’t eat dairy or gluten. You are limited to 1 coffee. There is no fruit. I would prefer to have a choice from a buffet rather than a limited...

"Bed was comfy price was very good including breakfast house was separate and only shared with one other couple but we had our own room and bathroom which was spotless own swimming pool and roof terrace were amazing bonus super value for money and great people nice service! "
