Très agréable séjour dans un hôtel calme et en harmonie avec la nature, idéal pour se reposer et profiter d’un environnement paisible. L’atmosphère est tranquille et reposante, et le personnel est agréable, accueillant et aimable. Le petit-déjeuner est bon et varié, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Une très belle adresse pour ceux qui recherchent calme, nature et sérénité.

La logística muy mala. Llegué al hotel a regístrame y una de las dos habitaciones que había reservado la revendieron a otro cliente; es decir me querían dejar sin hospedaje a pesar que ya lo había pagado anticipadamente. Al final nos dieron una habitación pequeña con una sola cama y eran 3 los huéspedes El decir de ellos es q para que reservamos por hoteles.com ;

Reservamos este hotel con anterioridad y se pagó por medio de una aplicación y al momento de ingresar nos dieron que no habían habitaciones que la aplicación no les había informado. La señorita no nos solucionó y fue muy mala su atención, nos comunicamos con la aplicación y nos dieron que el hotel nos vendió las acotaciones. No recomiendo este hotel que solo se preocupa por el interés económico y nopor el servicio al cliente.
