"The hotel looked new/modern enough. Check in was at 3 for our room with 2 king beds. We showed up at 6 and were told if we could wait while the room was still being cleaned. Ive never had this happen before. We wait, i asked for an update and was ignored. At 730 we still have no update so we left and asked them to call me when the room was ready. "Room was nice, clean and easy to get to. Was quiet, which made for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was good. Plenty of options to choose from including omelets made fresh to order. The staff was friendly and efficient making both check in and out real easy. I have had bad experiences at hotels before so I am always leary but I will definitely be coming back to this one."

"We had fluid plans since we were staying here for a baseball tournament that required additional nights if our team kept winning (Pony League Western Regional Finals). The staff was incredible at helping us with the situation because we did keep winning and extending our stay. I stay in hotels 100-200 nights a year and this staff was one of the best I've encountered. They were friendly, understanding, and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again if in the area."

"Breakfast area was clean and staff very helpful. Lots of outlets for charging electronics. Only issue was air conditioner cycled on and off every 2 minutes making sleep difficult. Changed temp up and down and was the same. Only remedy was to turn off air and use fan only and that was too hot."

"Everything was excellent: great staff, excellent breakfast, clean, etc. The only reasons I can’t give five stars is because there were systems difficulties with my prior purchase of the stay through Expedia and they read that I did not pay, even though I did, and that caused a long wait with phone calls to figure out the tech issues.
